Job Summary:
Radisson Hotels is seeking a dynamic Manager People & Culture to lead our human resources initiatives in Kandy. You will champion a thriving workplace culture, aligning HR strategies with hospitality excellence and driving employee engagement, talent development, and organizational growth.
Responsibilities:

Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention strategies.

Drive performance management and continuous learning initiatives across all departments.

Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture and effectively resolve employee relations.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in HR Management or a related field.

Minimum of 3–5 years of HR leadership experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and conflict-resolution skills.
