Job Summary:
The Empire Cafe is looking for a passionate and skilled Restaurant Chef to join our culinary team in Kandy. You will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences, maintaining high kitchen standards, and bringing creativity to our diverse menu.
Responsibilities:

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes.

Manage daily kitchen operations, including inventory tracking and food stock ordering.

Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and kitchen sanitation standards.
Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a fast-paced restaurant setting.

In-depth knowledge of various culinary techniques, ingredients, and food safety standards.

Strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and the capacity to work well under pressure.
