Position Summary:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Skilled Labourer to join our team in Exuma. We are looking to hire locally and encourage qualified candidates from the area to apply. The successful candidate will assist with general maintenance, repairs, and operational support across a variety of systems and equipment. Preference will be given to individuals with experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or general mechanical work.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general labour and maintenance duties

Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical repairs

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance

Troubleshoot equipment and facility issues as needed

Maintain a safe and clean working environment

Support other operational and maintenance tasks as assigned
Qualifications & Skills:

Experience in one or more of the following:
-
Plumbing
-
Electrical work
-
HVAC systems
-
General mechanical maintenance
-

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Valid driver’s license is an asset
