SPEECH THERAPIST
POSITION SUMMARY
Responsible for providing therapy service on an in-patient and outpatient basis. Provides Clinical Education for Associates. Assists in the orientation and supervision of interns. Supervises subordinate staff. Assess the specific needs of all new patients. Reassess patients periodically and modify treatment plan accordingly. Prepare progress and discharge reports. Consult with referring Physicians and attends patient/family meetings where appropriate. Conducts patient/family education sessions. Documents all relevant information. Ensures that statistics in area of work are completed daily and monthly.
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION
- Masters Degree in Speech Pathology
- Minimum 2 years experience
