Job Summary:

Recording receipt of all incoming (paper &/or electronic) claim submissions to BH and data entering of same on the system. As needed, assist with the processing of lower level medical, dental, and vision claims.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive incoming claims from the BH Pulse portal/submissions box and ensure the prompt and accurate recording of same.
  • Assist with the maintenance of claims on the BH Pulse portal by reviewing the claims and accepting them or rejection them if additional information is required.
  • Review claim forms, medical bills and incoming physician or otherwise reports received to determine categorization then sort and organize for adjudicators.
  • Set-up and organize providers and QHM on Share Point application
  • Demonstrate professionalism, knowledge, initiative, innovation to increase level of customer satisfaction and profitability of the organization​
