MicroWe We’re looking for a passionate and driven UI/UX Designer to join our fast-growing team. If you enjoy solving real user problems, working in a startup environment, and building impactful digital products — this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:

Design intuitive and engaging UI for web and mobile products

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs

Contribute to and maintain scalable design systems

Leverage AI tools to enhance design workflows and productivity

Collaborate closely with developers and cross-functional teams

Conduct user research and continuously improve user experience
Requirements:
-
A strong Portfolio is a Plus!

1–2 years of experience in UI/UX design
-
Strong proficiency in Figma or similar tools
-
Solid understanding of design systems and UX best practices
-
Familiarity with AI design tools.

Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
-
Startup mindset: proactive, adaptable, and fast-paced
