Job Title: Language Lecturer (German & Finnish)

Job Summary:
Dutch Academy is seeking a versatile Language Lecturer proficient in German and Finnish to join our faculty in Kandy. You will be responsible for creating engaging, structured lesson plans that guide students from foundational language skills to advanced proficiency, preparing them for academic and professional migration goals.
Responsibilities:

Conduct interactive German and Finnish language classes tailored to different proficiency levels (CEFR standards).

Design lesson plans, course materials, assignments, and periodic evaluation tests.

Provide constructive feedback and cultural insights to help students excel in speaking, reading, and writing.
Qualifications:

A degree or a recognized high-level professional certification in German and Finnish languages.

Prior teaching or lecturing experience, particularly with adult learners or students preparing for global exams.

Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with a passion for language education.
